  • We require ⅓ deposit or 1 nights accommodation rate, which ever is the greater. This confirms and secures your booking.
  • Deposits can be paid by credit card or Bank Deposit (see CONTACTS for banking details)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We are a small guest house and incur considerable losses when rooms are cancelled and we are unable to rebook.  Holding the booking exclusively for you often means turning down other enquiries:
  • A "non-arrival" = NO REFUND

IF WE RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM, 10% HANDLING FEE CHARGED, OTHERWISE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

  • Less than one week's notice = NO REFUND
  • 1 - 2 Week's notice = 25% refund
  • 2 - 4 Week's notice = 50% refund
  • 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10%
